纳米球形WS2颗粒对PTFE基固体润滑粘结干膜的改性研究
Study on the PTFE-based Bonded Solid Lubrication Films Modified by Nano WS2 Particles
【摘要】 在PTFE基膜系中加入适当比例的纳米球形WS2颗粒,获得了不同性能的固体润滑粘结干膜,通过对膜层显微硬度、膜层附着力以及摩擦学性能的测试,筛选出一种性能较优的膜系。结果表明:在PTFE基膜系中增加适当比例的纳米WS2球,可以有效地减小膜层的磨损率,提高膜层的耐磨损寿命;但是当纳米WS2球添加比例较高时,未能充分分散的纳米球团聚体可能增加膜系中的磨粒磨损效应,使得膜层的摩擦因数波动变大,膜层的磨损率也增大,从而降低膜层的耐磨损寿命。通过不同应力条件下的寿命试验,初步建立了该种膜系的摩擦寿命模型,可用于预测该膜层在使用条件下的寿命或开展加速寿命试验。
【Abstract】 The PTFE-based bonded solid lubrication films with different performance were obtained through optimal addition of nano WS2 sphere particles.The microhardness,adhesive strength and tribological properties of WS2-modified PTFE films were investigated in order to obtain the targeted films with good performance.Results show that optimum addition of WS2 particles in the PTFE-based films could effectively decrease the wear rate and consequently improve the wear life of films.While higher content addition of WS2 particles in the PTFE-based films would result in the higher vibration of friction coefficient and hence the increased wear rate because of the agglomerates of nano particles.The wear life model of the targeted films was established by performing the longevity test under different stress.This model can be used to predict the wear life of PTFE-based films under the actual applications.
