新型ZnO一维纳米材料的制备及其应用
Synthesis and Applications of New 1D ZnO Nanostructure Material
【摘要】 近年来新型的一维ZnO纳米材料如取向ZnO纳米线、纳米带、纳米环、纳米螺旋等不断被发现,它们表现出不同于其他结构的优异的光、电、磁性能吸引了研究人员的广泛注意。基于这些新结构的新器件如纳米发电机、纳米线场效应晶体管、纳米线传感器、纳米线太阳能电池等为解决能源、环境、生物、电子、光电、空间等方面的问题提供了新的有效的解决方案。本文就新型的ZnO一维纳米材料的制备方法、生长机理以及它们新的应用作一个综述。
【Abstract】 New 1D nanostruture material of ZnO such as aligned nanowires,nanobelts,nanorings and nanohelixes are discovered one after another in recent years.Owing to their unique photic,electrical,and magnetic properties,they have greatly attracted material scientists attentions.1D ZnO nanostrutures based devices like nanogenerators,field effect transistors,sensors,solar cells are predicted to be effective solutions to the problems of energy,environment,biology,electronics,photoelectricity,spaces and so on.This paper is a review focusing on the synthesis methods,growth mechanism and new applications of 1D ZnO nanostructures.
