Nd2:LuVO4晶体的红外、拉曼光谱和热学特性
Infrared Spectrum,Raman Spectrum and Thermal Properties of Nd:LuVO4 Crystal
【摘要】 利用商群对称分析法分析了Nd:LuVO4晶体的晶格振动模分类,测量了Nd:LuVO4晶体的红外光谱和拉曼光谱,从测定的谱线中指认了该晶体的振动模,理论与实验符合良好。测量了Nd:LuVO4晶体的热膨胀系数,a向、b向和c向的热膨胀系数分别为1.7×10-7/K、1.5×10-7/K和9.1×10-7/K。测量了比热,其值约为0.48 J/g.K。测量了热传导率,其值沿<100>方向为6.2W/m.K,沿<001>方向为7.9W/m.K。这些参数显示该晶体是一种热学性能优良的激光晶体。
【Abstract】 Based on the factor group theory,the vibration modes of Nd:LuVO4 crystal were calculated.Infrared and Raman spectra were measured,peaks of infrared and Raman spectra were assigned.The experiment results are well accord with theoretical calculation.Thermal expansion coefficients of Nd:LuVO4 crystal are 1.7×10-7/K,1.5×10-7/K and 9.1×10-7/K in a,b and c direction respectively.Specific heat is about 0.48 J/g·K.Thermal conductivities are 6.2 W/m·K along <100>direction and 7.9 W/m·K along <001>direction.These thermal parameters of Nd:LuVO4 crystal have indicated that it is an excellent laser material.
