提拉法生长晶体的自等径控制
Automatic Diameter Controlling for Crystal Growth with CZ Method
【摘要】 采用JPG技术有限公司所开发的自等径控制程序,利用上称重法实现了晶体生长的自等径控制(ADC)。通过对生长曲线PID的具体分析及其他晶体生长相关参数的设置,以铌酸锂晶体为对象,成功实现了按预设程序进行的晶体生长自等径控制。
【Abstract】 Automatic diameter controlling(ADC) for crystal growth was achieved by using up-weighing method with the automatic diameter controlling program developed by JPG Crystal Technologies,Inc.On the basis of detailed analysis on crystal growing curves for the P,I,D parameters and proper setting on other parameters related,ADC on LiNbO3 crystal growth in good accordance with the preset growing program was successfully carried out.
