【Abstract】 KDP crystals were grown at different temperatures by rapid growth technique.Optical properties,including optical transmittance,optical homogeneity and light scatter of the crystals were measured.The results show that temperature has great effects on the optical properties of KDP crystals.With the rising of the growth temperature,the absorption of KDP crystals in UV region and the density of scatter in KDP crystals decrease greatly,but the homogeneities of the crystals and amount of impurieies of the metal in KTP do not have observable increase or decrease.更多还原
