【摘要】 我国各区域现阶段由于不同的生态效率结构形成了四种发展模式。各区域应根据实际发展模式采取相应改革路径以实现可持续发展。资源效率比环境效率更有助于区域生态效率的提高、可持续发展模式的实现,提高资源效率应是建设资源节约型和环境友好型社会的重中之重;生态效率有从东部到西部递减的趋势,在区域发展规划中应避免高能耗、高污染产业的梯度转移。更多还原

【Abstract】 Because of different eco-efficiency structure,four kinds of developing models come into being in China.In order to realize sustainable development,each region should adopt corresponding reform route according to its actual conditions.In comparison with environmental efficiency,resources efficiency is much more beneficial to the im- provement of regional ecological efficiency and the realization of sustainble development.Therefore,it is the most important thing for building the resources-conserved and enviroment-protected society to improve resources utilizing efficiency.Eco-efficiency has decreased progressively from the east to the west,so in the regional development plan, the transformation of the high energy consumption and high pollution industry should be avioded.更多还原
