【Abstract】 The bacteria AXI that can produce cellulose membrane was isolated from pectin. The isolate was identified by ways of its morphological, physiological and biochemical characteristics. In addition, molecular identification of the 16SrRNA gene of the isolate was conducted. The 16SrRNA gene was sequenced, and molecular phylogenetic tree was constructed. Results indicated that the bacteria AXI isolated was most similar to Acetobacter. The 16SrRNA sequence of the AXI was 99 % homogenous to that of the Acetobacter. The comprehensive analysis showed that the AXI was grouped to Acetobacter.更多还原
