【Abstract】 The high quality personnel is needed in the 21st century,and quality education is the key for training high quality persons.In a certain sense the quality of education is to teach students according to their aptitude.Obstetrics and gynecology is a rather special subject,so in practical training the condition that patients not willing to be the teaching object is getting worse and worse,especially for male medical students.In this paper,Our study on cultivating the qualities and capabilities of the male medical students in obstetrics and gynecology practice showing that quality education is the key for training talented students with lofty ethics,professional skills and humanities knowledge.更多还原
