【摘要】 目的了解江门市居民的死因,为制定本地区的卫生规划提供科学依据。方法将江门市2006年5月至2007年4月报告的居民死亡情况以《医学死亡证明书》的格式建立数据库,分析死亡居民的情况和死因。结果当地居民年死亡率539.7/10万,死亡原因居前五位的疾病依次是:心血管疾病、恶性肿瘤、脑血管疾病、慢性下呼吸道疾病、损伤和中毒。结论慢性非传染性疾病死亡人数占总死亡人数的74%,是江门市目前导致死亡的重要原因,今后的卫生规划应以慢性非传染性疾病的防治作为重点。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the death causes of inhabitant in Jiangmen city so as to provide the scientific evidence on which the public health planning for the city is based. Methods To ananlyses he database of the death information of inhabitant from May 2006 to April 2007 which was constructed in the format of 《medical death certificate》, the situation of the death people and the causes of death. Results The mortality rate is 539.7/100000, the top five death causes in order of frequency were cardiovascular disease, malignant tumor, cerebrovascular disease, chronic lower respiratory illness, trauma and intoxication. Conclusion The death caused by chronic non-infectious disease was 74% in the total death which was the most important cause of death in the city. In the public health planning, chronic non-infectious diseases should be the focus point for prevention and treatment.更多还原
