【摘要】 目的调查研究滨州医学院在校大学生蠕形螨感染的现状,及其与性别、面部疾患的关系。方法用透明胶纸粘贴法对1000名滨州医学院在校大学生蠕形螨检查,并记录年龄、性别及面部疾患具体情况。结果在校大学生蠕形螨总感染率42.80%,男性46.11%,女性38.91%,男性高于女性,差别有统计学意义(P<0.005)。有面部疾患者感染率65.22%,皮肤正常者感染率36.95%,有面部疾患者感染率明显高于皮肤正常者,差别有统计学意义(P<0.005)。结论性别及面部有痤疮、酒渣鼻疾患与蠕形螨的感染有一定关系。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the infectious status of demodex mite in students of Binzhou Medical College and explore the relationship between demodicid mite infection and sex/facial skin sickness.Methods The 1 000 college students were surveyed for the demodex mite infection using transparent adhesive method.Results The infection rate of demodex mite in college students was 42.80%(46.11% in male and 38.91% in female).There was significant difference in the infection rate between male and female(P<0.005).The infection rate of demodex mite in students having facial sickness was 65.22%,while that was 36.95% in the normal ones(P<0.005).Conclusion The demodex mite infection is assoicated with facial sickness and sex in college students.更多还原
