【摘要】 目的为了解海南省吸毒人群艾滋病感染状况和潜在相关危险行为的流行特征。方法采用面对面和采血方式对海南省部分市县戒毒所吸毒人员进行调查,并按HIV检测标准进行实验室检测。结果吸毒人员中吸毒人员以男性为主,吸毒年龄偏小,以待业青少年为主。吸毒方式以静脉注射占大多数,约占吸毒人群的52.5%,公用注射器和针头的占24.2%。我省吸毒人群早期性行为比较普遍,占79.1%,有68.9%从未使用避孕套。HIV阳性检出率为3.2%。结论静脉吸毒已经成为我省艾滋病感染的主要途径,应在吸毒人群中开展广泛的艾滋病知识和毒品危害的健康教育,遏止艾滋病在吸毒人群中的蔓延。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To find out the status of HIV infection in drug users and potential risk behaviors.Methods Face-to-face survey of drug users in some cities and counties of Hainan was conducted and blood samples were collected and HIV was detected.Results Most of the drug users were male teenagers and unemployed adolescents.Intravenous injection was the main route of taking the drug,accounted for 52.5%,and shared syringe or needle occupied 24.2%.Early sexual behavior of drug users was common,accounted for 79.1% and 68.1% of them did never use condom.The positive rate for HIV was 3.2%.Conclusion Intravenous injection of drug is the main way of acquiring AIDS in Hainan Province.Thus health education be carried out for roling back the spead of HIV/AIDS among drug users.更多还原
