【摘要】 目的了解江门市区托幼机构消毒工作状况,提高相关单位消毒质量,保护入托儿童身体健康。方法对本市区2003~2006年托幼机构监测结果进行回顾性分析。结果2003~2006年间对本市区托幼机构采样3079件,总合格率为80.25%。2004年监测合格率最高为87.96%,其次为2003年82.81%,2005年、2006年合格率分别为77.09%、77.30%。不同监测项目中空气、物件表面、餐饮具合格率分别为83.38%、89.16%、88.28%。工作人员手合格率较低为52.53%,差异有统计学意义。公、私立托幼机构监测合格率分别为79.56%、81.08%,差异无统计学意义。结论江门市区托幼机构消毒工作质量总体较好,但也存在一些问题如空气消毒各年合格率波动较大、部分工作人员不注意手的消毒等。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To understand the status of sterilization in pedo-phore institution in JiangMen City; as to improve the quality of sterilization and to prevent the health of the children. Methods The detected results of sterilization from 2003 to 2006 were analysis by retrospective method. Results From 2003 to 2006 3079 samples were detected .The quam～ed rate of up to standard is 80.25%. The highest rate is 87.96% in 20()4, then 82.81% in 2003, 77.09% in 2005, 77.30% in 2006. There was no statistical significance for the qualified rate in air (83.38%), object surface (89.16%) and mess kit(88.28%); just as tile pubic-and personal-pedo-phore institution, the rate is 79.56% and 81.08%. But there was statistical significance for the qualified rate of the hands of personnel, 52.53%. Conclusion The sterilization in pedo-phore institution in JiangMen City is better except for some problems, as the qualified rate in air was fluctuated in years; some personnel take no notice of their hands’ sterilization.更多还原
