【Abstract】 Because of a lot of problems existing in the financial organization-system of undeveloped economic regions,finance can not boost the regional economy well.To innovate and perfect the system,state-own commercial banks should be reformed quickened.Besides,these regions should be enhanced sustaining by policy-banks.And regional stock-banks should be cultivated and developed.What’s more,regional civilian finance should be guided and standardized.Finally,foreign capital-banks should be introduced into these regions.更多还原
