基于KBE门式启闭机的快速设计技术
Rapid design of sluice gate gantry crane based on KBE
【摘要】 分析了门式启闭机结构和传统设计过程,针对传统设计方法存在的问题,提出并研究了基于KBE门式启闭机快速设计技术,主要包括CAD和CAE集成技术、基于KBE参数化建模技术、基于KBE门式启闭机快速设计框架以及门式启闭机快速设计的流程。通过集成CATIA和ANSYS软件,以及运用数据库技术和编程语言VC#.NET开发了门式启闭机快速设计系统。
【Abstract】 The structure of sluice gate gantry crane and the traditional design process are expounded.The technolo- gies of rapid design of sluice gate gantry crane based KBE ( knowledge based engineering) are proposcd and researched to solve the problems with the traditional design method,including integrated CAD and CAE technology,KBE based parame- terized modeling technology,KBE based sluice gate gantry crane rapid design framework and process.A sluice gate gantry crane rapid design system is developed based on the softwares of CATIA and ANSYS,database technology and the pro- gramming language VC #.NET.The system can reuse design knowledgc effectively,greatly improve design quality and shortens product development cycle.
