【Abstract】 Inspiring the teacher’s enthusiasm is the centre of grawity in school management. With the deepening of educational reformation and society economy continously growing, it is an important ploblem how to transfer teacher’s enthusiasm in higher vocational school under new circumstances and to make colleges develop healthily, fleetly and continously.
