【摘要】 目的探讨净宫饮对缩短药物流产后阴道出血机理。方法观察净宫饮对人的治疗组及对照组子宫内膜病理变化。结果净宫饮配合药物流产终止早孕可以减少人和大鼠药流后子宫蜕膜中的炎性浸润,促进内膜修复,降低蜕膜组织中PR表达水平,增强ER的表达水平。结论通过病理学观察证实净宫饮缩短药物流产后阴道出血时间疗效确切,与临床疗效吻合。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To Analyze the mechanism in Jinggong Bibe responsible for shortening vaginal bleeding after a drug-induced abortion.Methods Through comparison of women in treatment group and control group to observe Jinggong bibe’s effect on pathological change of their endometrium.Results Using Jinggong Bibe in combination with other drugs to terminate early pregnancy decreased the inflammatory infiltration of human and bandicoot’s deciduas after drug abortion,it accelerated the recovery of deciduas,reduced the PR level while strengthen ER level.Conclusions The zoopery observation proves Jinggong bibe has precise healing effect on shortening vaginal bleeding time after drug abortion,which conforms to the clinical curative effect.更多还原
