【摘要】 为了观察经胃左动脉灌注表柔比星(EPI)化疗联合FOLFOX方案治疗晚期贲门癌的疗效及不良反应,对21例晚期贲门癌患者应用经胃左动脉灌注EPI60mg/m2联合FOLFOX方案化疗〔(奥沙利铂(L-OHP)135mg/m2静脉滴入,d1;亚叶酸钙LV150mg/m2静脉推注,d1～d5;5-氟尿嘧啶(5-FU)500mg/m2静脉滴入,持续16h,d1～d5,21d为1个周期〕。至少2个周期后评价疗效及不良反应。21例患者均可评价疗效,共化疗78个周期,平均3.71个周期。其中CR1例,PR8例,NC9例,PD3例,CR+PR为42.9%,中位TTP为5.4个月,中位生存期8.2个月,1年生存率23.8%(5/21)。主要不良反应为骨髓抑制、脱发及神经性毒性。初步研究结果提示,经胃左动脉灌注EPI化疗联合FOLFOX方案治疗晚期贲门癌近期疗效肯定,不良反应轻微,患者耐受性良好。更多还原

【Abstract】 The objective of this study was to observe the clinical outcome of EPI by left gastric aretry infusion combined with FOLFOX protocol for cardia carcinoma.Twenty-one patients with advanced cardia carinoma were treated with EPI(60 mg/m2) combined with FOLFOX protocol.FOLFOX: L-OHP 135 mg/m2,iv.drip,d1;LV 150 mg/m2,iv.drip,d1-d5;5-FU 500 mg/m2,iv.drip,for 16 hours,d1-d5,21 days as one cycle.The treatment outcome was estimated at least two cycles later.Twenty-one patients were treated for 78 cycles,mean 3.71 cycles.CR was in 1 case,PR 8 cases,NC 9 cases,and PD 3 cases.The effective rate(CR+PR) was 42.9%.Median TTP was 5.4 months.The median survival time was 8.2 months,and the one-year survival rate was 23.8%(5/21).The main side effects were arrest of bone marrow,alopecia and neurotoxicity.In conclusion,left gastric artery infusion combined with FOLFOX protocol for advanced cardia carcinoma is effective.更多还原
