【摘要】 目的观察介入性灌注低分子右旋糖酐、尿激酶、复方丹参注射液(DUM)治疗急性脑梗塞前后血液流变学、血脂的变化,探讨DUM采用介入性灌注的疗效。方法急性脑梗塞病人30例,应用DUM介入灌注治疗12个疗程。观察治疗前后血液流变学、血脂的变化。结果介入灌注治疗前后,全血粘度、血浆粘度、全血还原粘度、红细胞压积、纤维蛋白原、红细胞电泳,均有明显改变,P值<0.01有显著性的差异。结论提示治疗后,血液流变学、血脂的指标明显改善,为DUM介入性灌注治疗急性脑梗塞提供了理论依据。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective Observation on the change of Hemorhelogy index and blood lipid of 30 patients with acute cerebral infarct before and after treatment by interventional perfusion of lowmoleculeDextrorotary sugar anhydride and Urokinase and Compound Danshen injection(DUU),to ascertain the Clinical curative effect of interventional perfusion of DUM.Methods Observation on the change of Hemorhelogy index and blood lipid of 33 patients with acute cerebral infarct before and after one-to-two—period treatment by interventional perfusion of DUM.Result after interventional perfusion treatment,whole blood Viscosity,plasma Viscosity,whole blood reducing viscosity,Hematocrit fibrinogen erythrocyte electrophoresis change much more than before,P<0.01(there was significant difference).Conclusion clue on that Hemorhelogy index and blood lipid improve significantly after treatment and offer the theoretical base Of curing cerebral infarct by interventional perfusion treatment.更多还原
