【摘要】 目的了解本地女性生殖系感染的解脲脲原体对抗生素的敏感性,为临床治疗提供实验室依据。方法对妇科门诊82例解脲脲原体感染者用支原体药敏试剂盒进行阿齐霉素(AZI)、克拉霉素(CLA),大观霉素(SPE)、司帕沙星(SPA),强力霉素(DOX)、罗红霉素(ROX)、美满霉素(HIH)、林可霉素(LIN)、甲砜霉素(THI)、交沙霉素(JOS)10种抗生素的药敏试验。结果Uu对强力霉素(DOX)、交沙霉素(JOX)、克拉霉素(CLA)敏感性较强。Uu对大观霉素(SPE)、林可霉素(LIN)、司帕沙星(sPA)耐药性较强。结论进行解脲脲原体药敏试验,有目的地选择治疗药物和规范治疗方案,对临床选择用药有重要的参考价值。更多还原
