【Abstract】 The image of foreign countries in the overseas travels is a fantastic symbol and is the measure or background by which can we comprehend historical tradition.With the violent changes of the social structure and the improvement of the geographical situation in the final stage of Qing dynasty,the travel notes suddenly increased in great number.The basic function of the overseas travels was change from broadening the knowledge of the world to promoting the social progress.The ideological patterns in the overseas travels which could show the evolutive path of enlightenment in China.Thus,the traveling texts itself became a special mirror from which we could view the ideological history of the Late-Qing Dynasty.更多还原
