【摘要】 目的:探讨人工髋关节翻修术围术期的康复护理方法。方法:对29例髋关节假体松动、脱位等因素所致初次手术失败而行人工髋关节翻修术者,在术前进行精心入院指导及心理疏导,做好饮食指导及术前准备,术后进行心理护理及有计划、循序渐进的康复锻炼。结果:本组术后关节功能评定优良率为75.86%。结论:人工髋关节翻修术效果与围术期康复护理质量密不可分,只有医、护、患密切配合,才能取得满意效果。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To study the methods of rehabilitated nursing care for patients with revision of artificial hip arthroplasty.Methods:Revision of artificial hip arthroplasty was applied to 29 patients whose prosthetic appliance of hip was loose and dislocated.Preoperative instruction on admission and psycho guidance,instruction on diet and preparation were carried out and postoperative psycho nursing care and gradual rehabilitated training were given to those patients.Results:The excellent and good rate of hip function was 75.86% after operation.Conclusion:The effect of revision of artificial hip arthroplasty mostly depends on the quality of nursing care.The satisfactory effect cannot be obtained unless doctors,nurses and patients have a good cooperation in the revision of artificial hip arthroplasty.更多还原
