【摘要】 目的:探讨认知行为干预对重型颅脑损伤性精神障碍患者康复的影响。方法:将66例重型颅脑损伤性精神障碍患者,随机分为干预组和对照组各33例,干预组在常规治疗和护理的同时加用认知行为干预方案,对照组只采用常规治疗和护理,采用护士用住院患者观察量表(NOSIE-30)评分、日常生活能力评分(用Barthel指数表示)和简易智能状态检查量表(MMSE)评分进行干预前和干预后4周、12周、24周的结果对比。结果:两组患者干预后12周、24周Barthel指数比较均有显著性差异(P<0.05);干预组患者NOSIE-30评分差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),MMSE评分差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:认知行为干预能够促进重型颅脑损伤性精神障碍患者的康复,有助于降低重型颅脑损伤患者的精神致残率。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To discuss the influence of cognitive-behavioral intervention on mental disorders caused by severe brain injury.Methods: Sixty-six patients with mental disorders caused by severe brain injury were randomly divided into intervention and control groups(33 cases for each group).The routine therapy and nursing care were taken in control group and cognitive-behavioral intervention was additionally applied based on routine nursing care in intervention group.The ability of daily living and intelligence quotient were scored with NOSIE,index of Barthel and MMSE to compare the scored results respectively in the 4th,12th and 24th week before and after intervention.Results: The scores of all factors except retardation factor scored with NOSIE-30 were significantly different before and after intervention in intervention group(P<0.05);there was no significant difference in the comparison of the scores of MMSE before and after intervention between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion: Cognitive-behavioral intervention can promote rehabilitation of mental disorders caused by severe traumatic brain injury and effectively decrease the disabling rate.更多还原
