【摘要】 目的:探讨神经内科患者睡眠状况及影响睡眠的相关因素。方法:采用描述性研究,应用Athens失眠量表和自制影响睡眠因素、患者基本资料调查表对80例神经内科患者进行问卷调查。结果:33.75%的患者失眠,23.75%的患者可疑失眠;造成神经内科患者失眠的主要因素有环境噪声、担心病情、小便增多、躯体疼痛不适、夜间查房及治疗和耽误工作等;在年龄、文化程度和住院史等方面,患者的睡眠得分差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:神经内科患者的睡眠状况较差,应加强神经内科患者的睡眠护理,提高其睡眠质量。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To study the patient’s sleeping quality and its influencing factors in the department of neurology.Methods:The descriptive research was adopted to make an investigation on 80 patients based on patient’s essential data by AIS.Results:33.75% of the patients suffered from insomnia and 23.75% had insomnia suspiciously.The influencing factors are noise,worry,frequency of micturition and pain in the body,etc.The significant differences were found in patient’s age and education background(P<0.05).Conclusion:Nursing care for patient’s sleeping should be strengthened so as to improve patient’s sleeping quality in the department of neurology.更多还原
