【摘要】 目的:探讨社会支持与食管癌患者生活质量的相关性及提高患者生活质量的护理对策。方法:调查80例食管癌患者生活质量与社会支持情况,并与正常人群进行比较;分析食管癌患者的社会支持与其生活质量的相关性。结果:食管癌患者的社会支持高于正常人群,两者比较有显著性差异(P<0.05,P<0.01);食管癌患者的社会支持与其生活质量呈正相关(P<0.05,P<0.01)。结论:食管癌患者的社会支持较高,社会支持与食管癌患者的生活质量密切相关;护理过程中,不仅要重视患者的生物属性,还要重视其心理属性和社会属性;重视社会支持可以改善护理效果,提高食管癌患者的生活质量。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To study the relationship between social support and quality of life of patients with esophageal cancer and find the nursing strategies.Methods: Investigating was made on the quality of life of 80 patients with esophageal cancer and the situation of social support,comparing it with normal group.Analysis of the correlation between social support and quality of life of patients with esophageal cancer was conducted.Results: The more social support was found to the patients with esophageal cancer than that to normal group and there was significant difference in the comparison between the two groups(P<0.05,P<0.01).There was a positive correlation between social support and quality of life of patients(P<0.05,P<0.01).Conclusion: The patients with esophageal cancer got more social support than other healthy people did.Social support was close related to the quality of life of patients.Nursing staff should pay much attention to mental and social attributes of patients besides their biological natures.Social support is very helpful to improve the effect of nursing care and quality of life of the patients.更多还原
