【摘要】 目的:探讨实习护生职业防护知识掌握情况及行为状况。方法:采用自行设计的"护生职业防护知识与行为调查表"对我院100名实习护生进行职业防护知识掌握情况及行为状况调查。结果:本组护生对经血液传播疾病有一定的了解,78%的护生在临床实习前接种过乙肝疫苗,护生在做可能接触血液、体液的操作时戴手套的频率低。护生有较好的洗手习惯和执行规范洗手;护生在操作中被污染锐器刺伤率达40%,锐器伤后,护生能对伤口进行正确处理。结论:护生对职业防护有一定的认识,掌握一定的职业防护知识,还应进一步加强实习护生的职业防护意识,减少职业感染的机会。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To study the current situation on the awareness of occupational protection knowledge and behavior of nursing students in clinical practice.Methods: Self-designed questionnaire was used to make an investigation on the awareness of occupational protection knowledge and behavior of 100 nursing students in clinical practice.Results: Nursing students in clinical practice learnt some knowledge of blood transmitted diseases.78 percent of nursing students in clinical practice was inoculated with hepatitis B vaccine before they began their clinic practices,but they seldom wore gloves when they had to contact with blood and the body fluid;nursing students got a good habit of washing hands according to normal procedures;the rate of student’s being stabbed and wounded by the sharp contaminated medical tools summed to 40 percent.Conclusion: Nursing students in clinical practice have certain consciousness of occupational protection and have a better understanding of some knowledge of occupational protection,they still need to improve their occupational protection consciousness further so as to reduce the chances of being contaminated.更多还原
