【摘要】 目的:探讨家庭护理干预对白血病患者心理状况和生活质量的影响。方法:运用护理程序理论对60例白血病患者及其家属进行为期6个月的家庭护理干预,采用问卷调查法收集资料,比较干预前后患者心理状况及生活质量的变化。结果:本组患者干预后心理健康状况明显好转,焦虑、抑郁情绪显著改善,干预前后各量表评分比较有极显著性差异(P<0.01)。干预后患者的生活质量总分和各维度分值均较干预前升高,干预前后比较有显著性差异(P<0.05,P<0.01)。结论:家庭护理干预对白血病患者负性心理状况的改善和生活质量的提高有积极作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To explore the effect of family nursing intervention on the mentality and life quality of patients with leukaemia.Methods: Family nursing intervention was applied to 60 patients with leukemia and their family members for 6 months in accordance with the programmed nursing theory.The data was collected by means of questionnaire and the comparison was made in patient’s mentality and quality of life before and after intervention.Results: The mental health status of patients was evidently better and their anxiety and depression obviously relieved after intervention(P<0.01);the scores of life quality of the patients and volume in each dimension were higher after intervention than that before intervention(P<0.05,P<0.01).Conclusion: Family nursing intervention plays an active role in the improvement of patients’ mental health status and quality of life.更多还原
