【摘要】 目的:探讨临床护理路径对吻合器痔上黏膜环切(PPH)术患者的效果。方法:将60例择期行PPH术患者随机分为实验组和对照组各30例。两组均以整体护理为基础,对照组接受常规护理,实验组由专人按照临床护理路径进行护理。比较两组平均住院天数、平均医疗费用、健康教育效果、术后自理能力恢复情况、并发症发生率及患者满意度。结果:实验组平均住院天数、平均医疗费用少于对照组,患者对护理质量的满意度高于对照组,健康教育效果、术后自理能力恢复情况优于对照组。两组比较均有极显著性差异(P<0.01)。两组术后并发症发生率比较无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论:临床护理路径作为科学的护理模式,可合理利用卫生资源,提高工作效率,保证护理质量,促进患者康复。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To study the effect of clinical nursing pathway on those patients who accepted PPH operation.Methods: Sixty patients accepted PPH operation were randomly divided into test and control groups(30 cases for each).Patients in test group were given specific nursing care in the light of clinical nursing pathway based on holistic nursing care.However,patients in control group were just provided with routine nursing care on the basis of holistic nursing care.The comparison was made in average days of hospitalization,costs,functional rehabilitation and degree of satisfaction at quality of nursing care after applying clinical nursing pathway between the two groups.Results: The average days of hospitalization and costs were fewer and less and degree of satisfaction at quality of nursing care and the effect of health education were higher and better in test group than that in control group(P<0.01);no significant difference was found in the comparison of incidence of complications between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion: As a scientific nursing mode,the clinical nursing pathway will be helpful in using limited health resources rationally and improving working efficiency and nursing quality.更多还原
