【摘要】 目的:探讨重度妊娠高血压综合征患者的护理方法。方法:对42例重度妊娠高血压综合征患者进行精心的心理护理、健康指导、药物治疗,控制及预防抽搐,针对先兆子痫及子痫进行护理,合理掌握终止妊娠的时间,并做好分娩前后的护理。结果:本组34例行剖宫产终止妊娠,8例经阴道自然分娩,新生儿健康。本组均痊愈出院。结论:对重度妊娠高血压综合征患者进行精心护理,可提高治疗效果及产科护理质量。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To explore the approaches of nursing care for pregnant women with severe pregnancy-induced hypertension syndrome.Methods: Comprehensive nursing care including psycho nursing care,health education,medication and prevention of convulsion was applied to those pregnant women who were suffering from severe pregnancy-induced hypertension syndrome,besides specific nursing care for preeclampsia and eclampsia was taken and the time of termination of pregnancy was accurately under control.The nursing care after delivery was also carefully arranged.Results: Thirty four pregnant women were performed Caesarean section to terminate pregnancy;8 pregnant women had normal labor.All the parturient fully recovered and were discharged from hospital.Conclusion: Careful nursing care can enhance curative effect and increase quality of nursing care in the treatment of severe pregnancy-induced hypertension syndrome.更多还原
