【摘要】 目的:探讨护理干预对系统性红斑狼疮(SLE)致口腔黏膜溃疡治疗效果的影响。方法:将80例SLE致口腔黏膜溃疡患者随机分为实验组和对照组各40例。对照组给予常规护理及常规药物治疗,实验组在此基础上给予护理干预,即加强心理护理、生活护理、饮食指导、健康教育等。结果:实验组痊愈26例,显效14例,无效0例;对照组痊愈13例,显效17例,无效10例。两组疗效比较有极显著性差异(P<0.01)。结论:护理干预可明显提高系统性红斑狼疮致口腔黏膜溃疡患者的治疗效果。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To explore the influence of nursing intervention on the curative effect of the treatment of oral ulcer caused by systemic lupus erythematosus(SLE).Methods: Eighty patients with oral ulcer were randomly divided into experiment group(n=40) and control group(n=40).Conventional nursing care and medication were given in control group and nursing intervention that strengthening psychological care,life care,diet instruction and health education was given based on routine nursing care in experiment group.Results: Twenty six patients were cured,effectual in 14 patients,no effective in none of patients in experiment group;13 patients were cured,effectual in 17 patients and no effective in 10 patients.There were significant differences in the comparison of curative effect between the two groups(P<0.01).Conclusion: Nursing intervention can evidently increase the curative effect in the treatment of oral ulcer caused by systemic lupus erythematosus.更多还原
