【摘要】 目的:观察低频氙光治疗颈肩腰背部急慢性疼痛的疗效及安全性。方法:采用低频氙光治疗500例颈肩腰背部急慢性疼痛患者,15~20m in次/,1次/d,10d为1个疗程。治疗前后分别测定患者疼痛强度(VAS)。结果:疗程结束时,优258例,良165例,占84.6%;差38例,占7.6%;无效39例,占7.8%。治疗后1年,优218例,良181例,占79.8%;差39例,占7.8%;无效62例,占12.4%。无不良反应及并发症发生。结论:低频氙光治疗颈肩腰背部急慢性疼痛能显著降低患者疼痛强度,疗效确切,是一种安全有效的治疗方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To observe the efficacy and safeness of low frequency Xenon therapy for the patients with acute and chronic pain in the neck,shoulder,lumbar and back region.Methods: Low frequency Xenon therapy was applied to 500 patients with acute and chronic pain in the neck,shoulder,lumbar and back region.One course of the therapy was 10 days,once each day and 15-20 min. each time.The intensity of pain of patients was mensurated before and just after therapy.Results: Perfect efficacy was obtained in 258 patients and good in 165 patients(84.6%);little efficacy in 38 patients(7.6%);no efficacy in 39 patients(7.8%).And perfect efficacy was found in 218 patients and good in 181 patients(79.8%);little efficacy in 39 patients(7.8%);no efficacy in 62 patients(12.4%) one year after therapy.No adverse reaction and complication occurred. Conclusion: Low frequency Xenon therapy can evidently decrease the intensity of pain in the neck,shoulder,lumbar and back region,and it is one of the effective and safe therapies.更多还原
