【摘要】 目的通过比较分析社区卫生服务不同服务方式的优缺点和适用范围,提出各地选择适宜的服务提供方式的基本原则。方法整理分析对社区卫生服务机构负责人的访谈资料和各机构的文件资料,将各地社区卫生服务不同的服务提供方式进行分类,并对各自的优缺点及适用范围进行比较。结果目前社区卫生服务的服务提供方式有全科团队服务、家庭责任医生服务、片区服务、特色服务、契约服务、上门服务、电话服务、大规模服务及坐堂服务,不同的服务方式有各自的优缺点,并适用于不同的范围和条件。结论上海的全科团队服务、杭州的家庭责任医生服务及武汉的片区服务是社区卫生服务可推广的服务提供方式,但将这些适宜的服务提供方式进行推广和应用时,要坚守以人为中心、需求为导向、社区为范围、家庭为单位,以此维护和促进人群健康。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To put forth the basic principles suitable for different areas in choosing different service ways by analyzing the merits and shorts-comings of different service ways in community health services (CHS) centers and their applicable conditions.Methods The interviewing data and file materials from CHS organizations were systematized and analyzed so as to classify their service ways,as well as the merits and shortcomings of every way and its applicable condition.Results Now the service ways in the CHS centers include general practice groups′ services,home responsible doctors′ services,regional services,special services,contracting services,home visiting services,telephone services,large-scale services and location-fixed services.Different service ways are of their own advantages and disadvantages,which can be applied in different ranges and conditions.Conclusion General practice groups′ services in Shanghai,home responsible doctors′ services in Hangzhou and regional services in Wuhan are the service ways that should be popularized.However in applying all of these ways,we should adhere to the patient-centered,need-oriented,community and households targeting principles,so as to protect and promote people′s health.更多还原
