合肥市社区卫生管理人员现状及其满意度分析

【摘要】 目的了解合肥市社区卫生服务(CHS)管理人员工作现况及满意度。方法在合肥市115所CHS机构随机抽取158名管理人员为调查对象,获得有效问卷155份,调查其社会学特征、收入满意度、工作环境评价及工作现况的满意度。结果CHS机构管理人员在所在机构平均工作年限2.0年、平均每天工作时间(10.3±2.6)h;大专及以上人员占74.2%,有79.4%来源于临床医学及护理专业;31.0%的管理人员对目前收入不满意、71.6%认为本机构人力资源配置短缺、43.9%认为本机构基本设备配置不能满足日常工作需要、60.0%认为本机构财务运行入不敷出、33.5%对本机构"六位一体"服务功能提供不满意、57.4%对自己目前工作现状不满意。结论管理人员专业及年龄结构不合理;创造条件改进管理人员的工作环境应引起有关部门的关注;提高管理人员收入的满意度、改善机构财务运行状况、完善机构综合服务功能是提高CHS管理人员工作现况满意度的可行途径。

【Abstract】 Objective To know the working situation and the degree of satisfaction of the community health administrative personnel in Hefei city.Methods Totally 158 administrative personnel in the Hefei 115 community health service institutions were enrolled as the investigation subjects,and 155 questionnaires in effect were obtained on the social feature,satisfactory degree of income,working condition assessment and satisfactory degree of working situation.Results The average working time of CHS administrative personnel was 2.0 years.The average working time daily was (10.3±2.6) hours; Some 74.2% of the personnel were graduates from junior college or above,and 79.4% of them were from clinic medicine or nursing specialities.About 31.0% were unsatisfied with the present income,and 71.6% held that the human resource of their institutions is short; 43.9% believed that the fundamental equipments of their institutions cannot meet the routine work; 60.0% held that the financial deficits exists in their institutions,and 33.5% were unsatisfied with "an integration of the six respects" service function provided by their institutions and 57.4% were unsatisfied with their present working situation.Conclusion The constructions of the speciality and age of the administrative personnel are unreasonable; the concerned departments should pay more attention to improving the working condition; and it is a feasible way to raise the raise satisfactory degree of the present working situation by raising administrative personnel’ income satisfaction degree,improving the running situation of financial organizations and increasing the comprehensive function of the institution.
