铸造镁合金氢致气孔形成机理的研究

【摘要】 利用镁合金定量金相技术和场扫描电镜研究了铸造镁合金中显微气孔的组织形态及其形成机理。结果表明:随镁合金试样厚度的增加,显微气孔的组织形态由细小的针孔演变为显微气缩孔。铸造镁合金微孔形成机理从热力学角度分析符合气体形成模型;从动力学角度分析符合溶质再分配理论,从而验证氢气析出形成显微气孔机理。

【Abstract】 This paper has investigated the morphologies of the structure and formation mechanism of cast magnesium alloy with the software for analysis percentage of microporosity and field scanning electron microscopy.The results show that the morphologies of the structure transform from fine porosity to microporosity with the increase of the samples’ chickness of cast magnesium alloy.Formation mechanism of microporosity is coincident with the model of gas forming from the thermodynamics and the law of solution re-allocation from the dynamics;therefore it can verify microporosity forming mechanism of hydrogen evolution.
