卤化催化法提纯钛的化学吸附分析与方程模拟
Using catalytic halogenating to purify titanium and analysis on chemical adsorption rate and its equation simulation
【摘要】 针对卤化催化法提纯金属钛过程中,钛的提纯理论及化学吸附问题,本文通过对钛生产过程中温度等因素的严格控制,测定了生产各时段的电导值。根据这些数据及给出的计算公式,我们得出了化学吸附量、吸附速率和时间三者之间的关系。结果表明:实验条件下得出的化学吸附速率模拟方程与理论方程基本相符,为下一步技改奠定理论基础。
【Abstract】 In view of catalytic halogenating to purify titanium,we should know the purification process and its theory of chemical adsorption.Based on strict control of the temperature and other factors,we can get the value of conductance.Given the basis of these data and the calculation formula,we have come of the relationship among chemical adsorption,adsorption rate and the time.The result shows that the simulated chemical adsorption rate equation consistent with the basic theoretical equation of theoretical foundation.
