冲击波在水泥砂浆板中的聚集效应
Focusing of shock waves in cement mortar plates
【摘要】 为了探究多点同时爆炸时冲击波在水泥砂浆板中聚集效应的特点和规律,采用实验和计算相结合的方法进行研究。通过高速摄影技术和数字散斑相关方法(DSCM)获取了水泥砂浆板在3发雷管同时爆炸时聚集区域和非聚集区域相应方向正应变场的分布;以LS-DYNA为计算平台,通过数值计算研究了不同情况下应力波峰值在水泥砂浆板中的衰减规律。结果表明:聚集效应将引起正应变在聚集区域强烈的非线性激增,并且将在距离起爆点更长的距离内维持高应力状态,这将对材料和结构产生强烈的破坏作用。
【Abstract】 The focusing of shock waves in cement mortar plates was studied by experimental and numerical studies.Three detonators exploded simultaneously with the hydrostatic pressure distributions in the focusing and non-focusing areas measured using high-speed photography and the digital speckle correlation method(DSCM).The attenuations of the peak stresses in the cement mortar plates were then simulated numerically for various conditions.The results show that the focusing results in a very large nonlinear increase of the normal strain in the focusing area with high stresses over a large area around the explosive location,which can lead to serious damage of the materials and structures.
