【摘要】 2006年6月全国人大对我国的《义务教育法》进行了全面修订并予以实施。新的义务教育法实施一年来,农村教育出现了前所未有的可喜变化。然而,由于历史和现实的原因,新法令在贯彻落实过程中面临许多新的矛盾和问题。本文通过对西宁市三县农村义务教育状况的调研,从中掌握第一手材料,发现问题,为地方政府采取措施,促进农村义务教育的发展提供了必要的依据及对策思路。更多还原

【Abstract】 In June 2006 the National People’s Congress of China’s "Compulsory Education Law," conducted a comprehensive amendment to the implementation.The new Compulsory Education Law was implemented a year ago,rural education unprecedented welcome change.However,due to historical and practical reasons,the new Act in the process of implementing many new contradictions and problems.In this paper,in Xining City County,the situation of rural compulsory education research,which gain first-hand materials,identify problems and for local governments to take measures to promote compulsory education in rural areas to provide the necessary basis for the development of countermeasures and ideas.更多还原
