【摘要】 教育部新世纪教改工程之一的大学英语教学改革已经进入实施阶段。教育部2004年颁布了《大学英语课程教学要求》,要求大学英语教学改革要有特点,要符合国情和校情;要在新的教学模式下,利用多媒体和网络技术,营造良好的语言学习环境,进而全面提高教学质量;要培养学生的个性化自主学习能力、文化修养和英语综合应用能力,使他们成为符合时代要求的、初步具有国际交流能力的复合型人才。更多还原

【Abstract】 One of the New-century Education Reforms launched by Ministry of Education-College English Teaching Reform-has stepped into its implementation stage.College English Curriculum Requirements issued requires that the College English Teaching Reform be carried out with the characteristics and the teaching model fit to universities at different levels to improve college English teaching comprehensively,cultivate students’ autonomous learning and develop their English proficiency so as to make them practical talents with international communication competence.更多还原
