【Abstract】 To develop modern agriculture and animal-husbandry,improve the construction of agriculture and animal-husbandry regions increase the income for farmers and herdamen,Qinghai province should make a scientific plan and a reasonable distribution for leading enterprises.Further more governments in different levels should inhence their service,creat better invironment and give more support to leading companies.In addition,leading enterprics need to burden their social responsibility to improve the industrilised operation of vital agriculture and animal-husbandry,integrate with farmers and herdamen to let them share more benefit from the industrilised operation.更多还原
