【Abstract】 The paper analyzes the existing situation of Chinese real estate registration.In my opinion,it is reasonable that government should take charge of registration.Specifically speaking,the land management department should take up it.China should establish the substantive examination system about real estate registration.The examination responsibility should be assigned.The government should undertake the liability of compensation when the registration organ’s mistake causes the litigant to harm,for the essence of registration organ’s liability of compensation belongs to the civil compensation.更多还原
