【Abstract】 The Qing Dynasty had adopted a whole set of affective measures to administer the Mongolians and Tibetans on the basis of using the experience and lesson of administering the Mongolians and Tibetans for reference in Yuan and Ming Dynasty.Summarizing seriously the general plan for administering the Mongolians and Tibetans is imbued with important enlightenment to administration of the Mongol and Tibet areas in future.更多还原
