【Abstract】 The program of ecological resettlement in source of "three rivers"is not only the core of ecological environment protection and significant establishing project,but also the key of implementing the project of ecological environment protection and establishment successfully in this area. Therefore,based on the existing conditions,establishing ecological compensatory mechanism under law,enlarging development of poverty alleviation,impelling grain to green program continuously,carrying on the program of quality education and vocational education,absorbing and popularizing local legal resources and so on are very important to ecological environment protection and establishment in this area.更多还原
