AM60镁合金半固态触变压铸充型过程的数值模拟
Numerical simulation of AM60 alloy in semi-solid thixo-forming die casting process
【摘要】 利用商业CFD软件Flow-3D,对AM60镁合金半固态触变压铸和普通压铸的充型流动过程进行数值模拟。结果表明:在模具结构相同的情况下,半固态浆料充型平稳,没有形成喷溅和卷气现象,有利于获得充型完整、轮廓清晰、内部组织致密的半固态成形件;而普通压铸由于湍流流动,容易出现气孔、卷气夹杂等缺陷。对充型过程的缺陷进行定量跟踪,说明了压铸充型时溢流槽的重要性。通过压力测量研究了特殊点压力的分布特点。
【Abstract】 The CFD software Flow-3D was applied to the numerical simulation coupling semi-solid thixo-forming die casting with conventional die casting to analyze the effect of mold filling of semi-solid slurry of AM60 alloy.The results showed that filling process in semi-solid thixo-forming die casting is smooth,while it is turbulent so gas-hole,gas-entrapped etc,were easily generated in convetional die casting through with the two kinds of die casting in the same mould structures.And trace used to molding process,it is important for casting to set overflow.The distributing of pressure was resarched by meansured with probe.
