2A12-T4铝合金板硬质阳极氧化试验
Experiments of hardening 2A12-T4 Al alloy sheet through anodization
【摘要】 为了获得T4状态2A12铝合金板材厚层氧化膜,通过反复试验,采用硫酸电解液法,在恒流I=0.6 A,即电流密度控制在2.0 A/dm2~2.5 A/dm2,氧化时间为60 min,温度不高于2℃的工艺条件下,即可得到符合要求的氧化膜。
【Abstract】 To obtain thicker oxidized film on the surfaces of 2A12-T4 Al alloy,sheet,a process,i.e.one with the sulfuric-acid electrolyte,has been known after many repeated experiments.The main data of this process are: constant current of 0.6 A,the controlled range of current density 2.0 A/dm2~2.5 A/dm2,time to be oxidized 60 minutes,temperature less than 2℃.
