变形镁合金铸锭中熔剂夹渣缺陷的研究
Research on flux mixture defects in ingot of wrought magnesium alloy
【摘要】 在熔铸变形镁合金过程中为了提高熔体质量,采用2号或5号熔剂进行覆盖和精炼,此外,变形镁合金自身容易氧化,故易产生熔剂夹渣缺陷。通过对ZK61M(MB15)和AZ40M(MB2)镁合金的研究,阐述熔剂夹渣缺陷在镁合金中存在的四种类型,以及降低镁合金力学性能的原因。
【Abstract】 The four type flux mixture defects in wrought magnesium alloy ingot are explained.The reasons about magnesium alloy ingot mechanical properties reduced due to flux mixture defects are analysed.
