【摘要】 为实现真空吸塑成型机的高效率、高精度连续生产,采用基于Modbus-RTU的通信技术,完成了控制系统的硬件结构框架与控制软件流程设计,改进了长度控制、速度控制算法,扩展了状态参数的测量范围,提高了系统监控的速度和精度。该系统投入运行后,高速真空吸塑成型机生产的产品质量和生产效率明显提高,具有推广价值。更多还原

【Abstract】 Aimed at realizing continuous production of a vacuum plastic molding machine for high efficiency and high-precision,using communication technologies based on the Modbus-RTU,the hardware framework of control system and process control software were designed.The algorithm for length control and speed control were improved,the state parameters measuring range is expanded.The speed and accuracy of system monitoring is improved.When the system comes into operation,the quality of products and the production efficiency are remarkably improved with worth popularization.更多还原
