挥发油对大肠杆菌生长代谢作用的微量热法研究
Microcalorimetric Study of Volatile Oil on Escherichia coli
【摘要】 从中药茵陈、大黄、麻黄中提取挥发油作用于大肠杆菌的生长,微量热法测定了不同浓度的挥发油药液对其生长的热功率-时间曲线,运用Logistic方程求出生长速率常数,通过计算机模拟建立了生长速率常数与药物浓度之间的关系,实验表明三种挥发油对大肠杆菌的生长都具有抑制作用,根据拟和曲线确定理论最小抑菌浓度,结果表明大黄挥发油的抑菌效果最好.
【Abstract】 In this paper,the antibacterial effects of volatile oils at different concentrations on E.coli were investigated by microcalorimetry,and on the basis of the generalized Logistic equation,P-t curves equation were derived for calculating the rate constants.μ-c equations were established and results obtained volatile oils can inhibit bacterial.The minimum inhibitory contentration was calculated.The Rheum oil is the best natural antibiotics.
