【摘要】 目的探讨帕罗西汀加丹参注射液治疗偏头痛临床疗效。方法将56例偏头痛患者随机分为两组,治疗组30例,静滴丹参注射液加口服帕罗西汀;对照组26例,单口服帕罗西汀。结果治疗组总有效率93.3%,对照组总有效率88.4%,治疗组治疗效果优于对照组,两组对比有显著性差异(P<0.01)。治疗组不良反应比对照组少。结论帕罗西汀与丹参注射液联合应用治疗偏头痛疗效肯定,不良反应少。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To discuss curative effect of paroxetine and Danshen injection to treat migraine.Methods 56 cases of migraine patients were randomly divided into two groups,the treatment group(n=30) were accepted intravenous Danshen injection and oral paroxetine.Control group(n=26) were accepted single oral paroxetine.Results The effect rate was 93.3% in treatment group and 88.4% in control group.There was significant difference(P<0.01).Conclusion Treating migraine with paroxetine and Danshen injection was effective and less adverse reactions.更多还原
