微波处理洗煤废水的效果及作用机理分析

【摘要】 实验在单因素条件下研究了微波功率、微波辐射时间、溶液pH值对洗煤废水处理效果的影响.采用正交实验确定了它们的最佳组合为:微波功率640 W,微波辐射时间4 min,溶液pH值6,在此条件下洗煤废水中CODcr去除率达到93.2%,出水浓度降至102 mg/L,达到国家二级排放标准,同时对微波高效处理洗煤废水的机理进行了探讨.

【Abstract】 In order to study the effect of microwave power,microwave irradiation time and pH value in treating coal-washing wastewater some experiments are conducted The optimum technical conditions of coal-washing wastewater treatment are determined by the orthogonal experiment as follows: microwave power640 W,microwave irradiation 4min,pH value 6.In this condition,the remove of CODcr can receive 93.2%,its concentration can reduce to102 mg/L and can meet the classⅡemission standard in China.In the same time,the mechanism of efficient treatment of coa1-washing wastewater is also discussed.
