含氟聚酰亚胺预聚体热亚胺化反应的动力学
Kinetics Study on the Thermal Imidization Process of Fluorinated Polyimide Precursors
【摘要】 采用动态热重法研究了含氟聚酰胺酸在整个亚胺化反应温度范围内的反应动力学。采用积分法结合31种机理函数判断出亚胺化反应的机理函数是g(α)=(1-α)-1-1,由迭代的等转化率法求出反应活化能Eα=96.18 kJ.mol-1(平均值),指前因子A=6.59×108~3.10×1014s-1。
【Abstract】 The imidization kinetics of the fluorinated poly(amic-acid) was studied with the whole imidization temperature range using thermal gravity analysis(TG).The integral method with 31 types of mechanism function was analyzed and it was determined the most probable mechanism is g(α)=(1-α)-1-1.The average activation energy Eα was calculated as 96.18 kJ·mol-1 via the iterative isoconversional procedure method.The pre-exponential A is 6.59×108~3.10×1014s-1
