主动控制式限滑差速器结构分析及其性能评价

【摘要】 对电液式、电磁式和电机式主动控制限滑差速器结构特点和工作原理进行了分析,提出以内摩擦转矩(限滑转矩)、锁紧系数、转矩比、差速器效率、差速器传动效率等性能参数来综合评价主动控制式限滑差速器的性能。推荐采用限滑转矩与左、右半轴转速差关系曲线来表征基本限滑性能;采用锁紧系数和转矩比时间历程曲线来表征动态限滑性能;采用锁紧系数、转矩比分布直方图对限滑性能进行统计分析。

【Abstract】 The structural characteristic and working principle of active control limited-slip differential(ALSD)-electro-hydraulic ALSD,electro-magnetic ALSD and motor-type ALSD were analyzed in this paper,the inner friction torque(limited-slip torque),locking factor, torque ratio, differential efficiency and differential transmission efficiency etc were used to evaluate the performance of active control LSD.It is recommended to use the relation curve between limited-slip torque and left,right half axle rotational speed difference to reflect the basic limited-slip performance,the curve between locking factor and torque ratio time course to reflect dynamic limited-slip performance,the locking factor and torque ratio distribution graph to analyze the limited-slip performance.
